These are the words from my 9 year old daughter when she received her Christmas present. We had some issues getting the sold delivered but with additional support from Brenda at Therapy Sensory they redelivered in now time.
I have put she’s off these guys twice and they are honestly incredible. They had no stock of an item and sent me a detailed text to let me know it was out of stock and offer me a different item. I offered them to pay any difference and they politely declined. When my package arrived they had delivered both items as a replacement as well as a cute little free gift. Their product is so high quality and my daughter loves anything we buy. Shipping is so fast and they have incredibly reasonable prices for products. My go to from now on

Our stuff was shipped very quickly. Slight delay in receiving it as we live rural but that’s of no one fault. My daughter loves her headphones to block out sound and her chew necklaces for regulation. We got a cute little free gift which was super unexpected. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The spinner cube was great. Spun well with great weight.
I really regret getting the spinner ring. It felt cheaply made and spins poorly. I don't feel it was worth the price at all. It more like a 3 buck ring you might get from the markets.

It is actually a very popular product. It is not meant to spin fast, it is a fidget ring, you hold the spinner and move it back and forth or round and round.
We purchased a few items, some came really quickly and others took a nit longer and then the last items came after some prompting. All in all very good, but it would be nice to get more clear communication so you know what is happening with your order. We are happy with the items we bought. Thank you.

We bought this to replace our animal happy hopper, which was getting too small. We love that it has handles. Great way to expend energy during TV time!
I definitely don't recommend this swing. The double layers need to be pulled out and repositioned every time you use it, which means my 9yo can not go to it on his own and use it whe he needs to self regulate. If they aren't lined up perfect (which it is even hard for myself and numerous adults to do) then one layer can slip up causing the child to tilt back and fall. Twice now my son has had this happen and the middle of his back landed on the base of the frame. Unfortunately a waste of $250 of our ndis funding. It is hardly ever been used because it causes my son so much frustration when trying to get it right to sit in. Such a shame because he has used similar swings at the OT and at a friends place and they are amazing for him.
Hi Suzie, I received your review, I am sorry the swing is not what you are looking for. If it is in as new condition you can return it to me and i will refund you. I have altered the information on the selling page to say ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED. Although it does say that on the page it is not that clear.
I did offer you a refund earlier, but you had decided you wished to persevere with it.
