Shipping

We offer Australia wide shipping with Australia Post. Shipping charges are based on domestic parcel rates according to the weight of your order unless you select Express Post. Other courier services may be used in some circumstances.

We can not be held accountable for any shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. 

Dispatch

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 business day where possible once payment has been received and confirmed. If you choose direct bank deposit as your payment method, the funds may take up to 48 hours to process into our account.

Orders are dispatched daily, Mon-Fri, within Australia Post business hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your Australia Post tracking number (please check your email folders, including your spam/junk folder.)

Click & Collect 

Our Click & Collect service is available in-store during open hours.

To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect your order from the store until you have received an email that your order is ready to collect. We will not be able to give you your order unless you can show that email along with your photo ID.
