Refund policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns, refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of Australian Therapy and Sensory Shop.

Please contact us if you have any concerns about a product. Consumer guarantees apply under The Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see The Australian Consumer Law website at www.consumerlaw.gov.au

  1. All requests for returns, refunds and exchanges must be made by email – order@therapysensory.com.au

Please include –

  • Order number
  • Contact full name and phone number
  • Return, refund or exchange reason
  • Photo of product if damaged

Your request will be attended to promptly and we will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss further.

2. You may be issued a free pre-paid postage satchel for returning your purchases ONLY for the following reasons: 

  • Australian Therapy and Sensory Shop error.
  • Defective on arrival (please provide pictures of the damage).  

Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns, refunds and exchanges.

3. The original freight on returned, refunded and exchange items for change of mind will not be refunded.

4. Returned, refunded and exchanged products must be unused and undamaged with their original packaging.

5. If your return, refund or exchange is accepted a credit will be returned via the original method of payment on receipt of the returned product. Processing of your refund may take up to two weeks from the date of receipt of your return.  

6. Oral, audio, clothing and weighted products will not be accepted as returns (due to hygiene reasons).

7. Custom order items, sale and discontinued/clearance items are not able to be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

8. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. For products that are damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage, keep the tracking number and notify the carrier (Australia Post) immediately.
