Warming & Cooling Instructions:

To Heat (Microwave Only):

• 500-750 W Microwave: Maximum 60 seconds.

• 800-1000 W Microwave: Maximum 30 seconds.

To Cool (Freezer/Fridge):

• Place Eleanor on a clean surface or inside a sealed bag and place in the refrigerator or freezer for up to several hours until the desired temperature is reached.
