Oil Timers are not measured by strict time, rather they are controlled by the elements. On a hot day they will run faster, on a cold day or if kept in the fridge they will run slower. They are very relaxing to watch the drips moving and when they have all reached the bottom, flip it over to begin again. They are a great sensory toy, both calming and relaxing and also quiet addictive.
