How does scratch paper work? Scratchboard art is a way tocreate an image using a special board with a black surface layer and multi colour under layer. Using a safe sharp tool, you scratch into the black to reveal the colour layer below. The image is created completely by making repeated small lines, marks and strokes. This fun craft is suitable for all ages. No messy paints but still beautiful coloured art pieces anyone would be proud to show off.
