Our weighted blankets are custom hand made with quality craftsmanship. Designed for weight, not warmth, our weighted blankets can be used all year. Two layers of poly/cotton make the blankets strong, cool and soft to touch, making them nicer to snuggle into. Single weighted blankets are designed to fit on top of a single size bed.  If it overhangs the bed then the weight of the blanket can drag it off the bed.

Occupational Therapists recommend a weighted blanket weighs just over 10% of a persons body weight. Some people do prefer a heavier blanket. It is a safety requirement that the person must be able to lift the weighted blanket of themselves.

14 years ago Sharon researched to find products to help her son fall asleep and stay sleeping throughout the night. He had been diagnosed with autism and found sleeping soundly through the night difficult. This was exhausting for the entire family and a solution was found in weighted blankets being created in the USA. Postage was astronomical from the USA so the owners helped and advised Sharon to created Australia's first weighted blanket business.
Sharon's son was the first happy recipient of a weighted blanket and still uses them as an adult. Over 10,000 children and adults have also discovered the benefits of a good nights sleep with weighted blankets. The family still makes weighted blankets for people with special needs, restless sleep, therapists, nursing homes, childcare centres, and hospitals throughout Australia.
We want to spread the word to people suffering from insomnia or other sleep-related problems. There is help available, and it does not require drugs or medication, just a comfortable hug from a well-made, quality weighted blanket.

Shipping Policy

We offer Australia wide shipping with Australia Post. Shipping charges are based on domestic parcel rates according to the weight of your order unless you select Express Post. Other courier services may be used in some circumstances.
