Not really what I ordered. I asked for the magnetic cube with four parts per side and you sent ones with two parts per side

I am not even aware of a magic cube with 4 parts per side or i would offer to onsend them.

The product is good. .. but don’t understand the ‘Thankyou’ gift, ie the marble in the tube. I really don’t need this, plus I would have thought it potentially dangerous for children - swallowing, or shooting .. and the possible outcomes.

Hi Marea, Thanks so much for your posative review it means so much to us. RE the fidget toy, it is actually a common fidget toy that peole order. The marble inside the mesh tube is meant to hold in your and and just move the marble back and forth, for many people they find ths soothing, also it can fit in a pocket or in the palm of your hand. We find it sells to all ages. The marble is sewn into the mesh so that a child cannot get it out, it is very safe. I hope that explains it a little further for you. kind regards Sharon
The magic cubes I ordered came in the designs I requested 👍🏻 Haven’t used them as they are Christmas gifts, the colours and patterns are lovely.

These are the words from my 9 year old daughter when she received her Christmas present. We had some issues getting the sold delivered but with additional support from Brenda at Therapy Sensory they redelivered in now time.
I have put she’s off these guys twice and they are honestly incredible. They had no stock of an item and sent me a detailed text to let me know it was out of stock and offer me a different item. I offered them to pay any difference and they politely declined. When my package arrived they had delivered both items as a replacement as well as a cute little free gift.
